The ‘Quin House was honored to welcome Dana Thompson and Chef Dawn Drouillard to host a ceremonial tea circle and 3-day restaurant residency, allowing members to experience their extraordinary culture and wealth of storytelling through decolonized, modern indigenous plates. Dana & Dawn are both incredibly creative culinary professionals who push the boundaries of their roots in a way that captivates those who have the privilege of tasting their immersive menus. Their refreshing perspectives and delightful personalities make them a winning duo, and they left a lasting impression on those who were lucky enough to experience their artistry with us.
